The Opportunity
We are seeking a Vice President, Product Commercialization to lead the global strategy that connects product innovation to market adoption.
This executive will own the commercial positioning, messaging, launch strategy, clinical evidence roadmap, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and product content across SprintRay's three product lines.
Working at the intersection of Product Development, Clinical, Sales, and Regional Marketing, you will translate complex technologies into clear, compelling, and commercially actionable solutions.
You will establish the global commercialization frameworks and tools that regional teams use to execute in their respective markets. While regional marketing leaders own local campaigns, demand generation, events, and channel activation, this role owns the underlying product commercialization strategy and infrastructure that enable their success.
This is a highly strategic, cross-functional leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully commercialized complex medical technologies, built scalable global launch systems, and developed high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Global Product Positioning & Messaging
Own the global positioning and messaging architecture across SprintRay's Scanner, Digital Print, and Digital Press portfolios.
Develop differentiated value propositions that communicate clinical benefits, technical capabilities, workflow advantages, and economic value.
Establish consistent global messaging frameworks that regional marketing teams, distributors, sales representatives, and clinical educators can adapt for their markets.
Continuously evolve product positioning based on product developments, clinical evidence, customer insights, competitive activity, and market trends.
Partner with Product Management, Clinical, and Sales to ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and customer needs.
Develop timely competitive response frameworks and updated positioning guidance as market conditions change.
Product Launch Strategy & Commercial Readiness
Own the global commercialization strategy and launch playbooks for new products, major enhancements, and feature releases across all three product lines.
Develop comprehensive launch plans, timelines, readiness scorecards, messaging frameworks, training materials, sales enablement resources, and demo/trial strategies.
Partner with Product Management and Finance on pricing strategy, value propositions, and commercial business cases.
Establish scalable launch processes that support consistent execution across North America and international markets.
Ensure regional marketing and sales teams have the resources, training, and guidance needed to successfully introduce products into their markets.
Measure launch readiness and continuously improve commercialization processes based on field feedback and market results.
Clinical Evidence Strategy & Market Development
Develop and lead the clinical evidence strategy across SprintRay's product portfolio.
Identify clinical evidence gaps, research priorities, and opportunities to strengthen product differentiation and market adoption.
Partner with Clinical, R&D, universities, researchers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to develop research initiatives and publication strategies.
Oversee the clinical research and publication pipeline, from study planning and research partnerships through publication and commercial application.
Translate clinical findings into compelling product messaging, sales tools, educational resources, and market development strategies.
Ensure clinical evidence supports the needs of sales teams, distributors, regional marketing organizations, and dental professionals.
Collaborate with regional teams to support effective use of clinical evidence in local education, marketing, and KOL activation.
Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence
Lead the development of global sales enablement resources for direct sales teams and distributor partners.
Build comprehensive commercial toolkits, including product sell sheets, competitive comparisons, objection-handling guides, ROI calculators, clinical workflow guides, demonstration scripts, and competitive battle cards.
Establish a centralized competitive intelligence framework to monitor market trends, emerging technologies, product launches, and competitor positioning.
Partner with regional marketing and sales leadership to ensure materials address real customer questions, objections, and buying considerations.
Create scalable tools that can be localized and adapted across international markets.
Measure adoption, effectiveness, and usability of sales enablement resources, incorporating field feedback into continuous improvement.
Content Strategy & Production
Lead the centralized Content Team responsible for developing technical, clinical, educational, and commercial content across SprintRay's product portfolio.
Establish the content strategy, priorities, and production roadmap in alignment with product launches, clinical evidence initiatives, and regional commercial needs.
Oversee the development of product tutorials, clinical case studies, technical documentation, workflow guides, demonstration videos, launch content, white papers, and educational resources.
Partner closely with the Creative & Brand team to ensure content aligns with SprintRay's brand identity and visual standards.
Define the commercial objectives, messaging, target audiences, and technical requirements for content development.
Implement scalable content processes that support multiple product lines and global market requirements.
Product Portfolio Leadership
Lead commercialization across three product lines, each supported by a dedicated Product Commercialization Manager:
Scanner – Foundation + ScanOS
Develop positioning for ScanOS as an open digital scanning platform and Foundation as its initial hardware solution.
Build the commercialization strategy supporting both platform adoption and device sales.
Equip regional teams to communicate the benefits of connected scanning workflows and differentiated platform capabilities.
Digital Print – Nano and Pro Series
Develop differentiated positioning for SprintRay's compact and full-scale chairside 3D printing solutions.
Communicate the clinical, operational, and economic benefits of each workflow.
Build commercialization strategies that address different customer needs, practice sizes, and use cases.
Digital Press – Midas
Lead global commercialization strategy for SprintRay's capsule-based ceramic restoration system.
Strengthen competitive differentiation through clinical evidence, product positioning, and workflow education.
Develop sales enablement and clinical content that support broader adoption of same-day ceramic restoration workflows.

Work with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and Clinical teams early in the product development lifecycle to ensure commercial readiness.
Build strong partnerships with regional marketing leaders to ensure global strategies and tools translate into effective local execution.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand customer needs, competitive challenges, and opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness.
Partner with the Creative & Brand organization to align commercial messaging with visual identity and content production.
Lead, coach, and develop three Product Commercialization Managers and a centralized Content Team.
Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, operating processes, and cross-functional collaboration across the commercialization organization.
