Digital Workflow Specialist – Australia & New Zealand
Location: Remote, Australia – Candidates must be based in the Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane metropolitan area.
Compensation: AUD85,000-105,000 annually (depending on experience)
About the Role
SprintRay is seeking a Digital Workflow Specialist to support the growth and adoption of SprintRay's digital dentistry and 3D printing solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will work closely with dental professionals, laboratories, key experts, reseller partners, and the SprintRay commercial team to provide product education, workflow support, training, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a background in dentistry or dental technology and is passionate about digital dentistry, education, and 3D printing.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support dentists, orthodontists, and dental laboratories on SprintRay 3D printing solutions and digital workflows.
Deliver product and workflow training to customers, reseller partners, and key experts.
Conduct workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
Support reseller sales representatives through joint customer visits and co-calling activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dental professionals, and industry opinion leaders.
Represent SprintRay at trade shows, conferences, symposia, and other industry events.
Collaborate with digital workflow partners, including intraoral scanner, implant, and CAD software manufacturers.
Support the adoption and utilization of SprintRay products following installation.
Follow up with inbound leads and prospective customers generated directly through SprintRay.
Partner with the ANZ commercial team to identify opportunities and support regional growth initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and activity information within Salesforce.
Provide feedback from customers and partners to internal teams regarding products, workflows, training needs, and market trends.
Qualifications
Background in dentistry, dental assisting/nursing, dental technology, dental laboratory work, or a related field preferred.
Experience with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, or other dental technology strongly preferred.
Comfortable educating and presenting to dental professionals in both individual and group settings.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical concepts in a practical and approachable way.
Comfortable supporting commercial activities while maintaining a consultative and educational approach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer and partner activities.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is preferred.
Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
