About the Role
The Partnership Marketing Manager will own SprintRay’s most strategic global partnerships and ensure they deliver outsized impact across brand, product, and clinical initiatives. This role is responsible for turning partnership agreements into high-performing marketing engines—driving content, clinical credibility, and pipeline through key opinion leaders and partner organizations.
Operating at the center of Brand, Product Marketing, Clinical, and Education, this individual will fully leverage every partnership across campaigns, launches, and global activations. Success in this role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and operational rigor: someone who can manage complex relationships, enforce accountability, and continuously optimize for ROI and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Ownership & Contract Accountability
Own day-to-day management of high-value partnerships (e.g., MOD Institute, IDD, Magne Education, and similar clinical/education partners)
Translate contractual agreements into clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
Hold partners accountable to all agreed-upon outputs (content, education, appearances, etc.)
Proactively identify gaps between contract value and delivered output—and close them
Value Maximization & Output Strategy
Ensure every partnership is fully leveraged across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
Identify opportunities to repurpose, scale, and amplify partner-generated content across channels
Align partner outputs to key business priorities: product adoption, clinical validation, and pipeline generation
Continuously evaluate ROI and optimize partnerships for maximum impact
Work closely with creative and brand teams to structure content output and deliverables
Cross-Functional Integration
Partner closely with Brand Communications (Mallory) to integrate Global KEs into campaigns, PR, and storytelling
Collaborate with Product Marketing to align clinical messaging, product positioning, and Beta testing
Work with Clinical and Education teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and credibility of all outputs
Experiential & Activation Support
Integrate KEs and partners into key experiential programs (e.g., 3DNext, World Tours, summits, and global events)
Ensure partner participation enhances the attendee experience and drive “aha moments”
Coordinate deliverables tied to live events, including presentations, content capture, and follow-on assets
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Establish and track KPIs for all partnerships (content output, engagement, influence, pipeline contribution)
Build reporting frameworks to evaluate partnership effectiveness and inform future investments
Provide regular updates to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
Relationship Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders and partner organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication, expectations, and feedback
Navigate complex personalities and priorities while maintaining alignment with SprintRay’s objectives
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in partnership marketing, strategic partnerships, or brand marketing, ideally in healthcare, dental, medtech, or education-driven environments
Proven ability to own and scale high-value partnerships, from contract translation to execution and performance optimization
Strong track record of driving measurable outcomes through partnerships (content output, engagement, clinical validation, pipeline contribution)
Experience integrating partners into multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and experiential marketing programs
Highly cross-functional—comfortable working across Brand, Product Marketing, Clinical, and Education teams to align messaging and outputs
Strong analytical mindset with experience building KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing for ROI
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes partnerships simultaneously
Excellent relationship management skills, with experience working with key opinion leaders or external stakeholders
Ability to navigate ambiguity, push for accountability, and influence without direct authority
Experience supporting global events, activations, or live content capture is a strong plus
Ability to travel 40–60%, including international travel
