Strategic Relationship Manager, Global Partnerships
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 annually plus bonus
About the Role
The Strategic Relationship Manager, Global Partnerships is responsible for owning and leading SprintRay’s most complex and strategically important global partner relationships. This role serves as the primary point of accountability between SprintRay and partner organizations, fostering collaboration from executive leadership to frontline operations.
This is not a traditional sales or quota-carrying role. The ideal candidate brings a strong product-oriented mindset, deep experience navigating global partnerships, and the ability to lead cross-functional execution across product, operations, and commercial teams. This role brings critical partner leadership in-house and enables SprintRay to scale strategic relationships while supporting broader global initiatives.
The position reports directly to the Head of Global Partnerships and is ideally based at SprintRay’s Los Angeles HQ, given the high degree of collaboration with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Global Partner Ownership & Strategy
Own end-to-end relationship management for assigned global strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships across partner organizations, from executive leadership to operational teams.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex partner issues, driving resolution with urgency, structure, and accountability.
Develop and execute joint annual business plans aligned to long-term strategic objectives, operational excellence, and mutual value creation.
Product & Initiative Alignment
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align partner needs with SprintRay’s product roadmap and global initiatives.
Translate partner requirements into clear internal inputs that influence prioritization, launch readiness, and execution.
Ensure partners are effectively enabled on new products, workflows, and programs to drive adoption and long-term success.
Support global launches, pilots, and strategic initiatives in close coordination with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, support, product, and operations to ensure cohesive partner execution.
Drive internal readiness and accountability for partner-facing initiatives without direct authority.
Lead structured operating cadences including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), planning sessions, and executive updates.
Business Planning & Performance Management
Track and report on partner performance using defined KPIs such as adoption, launch success, operational effectiveness, and strategic milestones.
Support forecasting, budgeting, pricing, margin analysis, and cost optimization in partnership with finance and leadership.
Identify risks and opportunities early and proactively recommend course corrections.
Operational Excellence & Scaling
Reduce reliance on external relationship management by building durable internal processes and playbooks.
Document best practices, learnings, and scalable frameworks to support future partner growth.
Balance global consistency with regional nuances across markets and time zones.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in global account management, strategic partnerships, product-adjacent roles, or technical program management.
