Global Partnerships Manager, Operations & Accounts
Location: Remote (US, East Coast)
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
About the Role
Global Partnerships Manager, Operations & Accounts is responsible for both the operational execution and day-to-day relationship management of SprintRay’s most complex global partnerships.
This role serves as the primary interface between external partners and internal teams, translating operational complexity into clear, actionable communication while ensuring seamless global execution across SprintRay US, EU, and distribution partners.
Success in this role requires a balance of external account ownership, operational leadership, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing partner relationships as they are driving internal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Global Partnership Ownership (External + Internal)
Serve as the primary point of contact for key global partners, owning the day-to-day relationship.
Translate partner needs into clear internal action plans across operations, product, regulatory, and supply chain.
Communicate complex internal processes, constraints, and timelines to partners in a simple, structured, and solutions-oriented way.
Build strong, trust-based relationships while ensuring accountability on both sides.
Operational Execution & Coordination
Own end-to-end execution of global partnership workflows across US, EMEA, and APAC teams.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and aligned delivery of commitments to partners.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting partner success.
Order, Pricing & Inventory Management
Oversee order flow, inventory alignment, and supply planning across regions.
Manage and communicate pricing structures and updates with both internal teams and external partners.
Ensure partners have clarity on product availability, timelines, and constraints.
Global Expansion & Partner Enablement
Lead operational readiness for new country launches and partner expansions.
Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth market entry.
Build scalable playbooks for onboarding and activating global partners.
Product Launch & Partner Communication
Coordinate product launches with a focus on partner readiness and communication.
Ensure partners are equipped with the right information, timelines, and materials.
Translate product and regulatory updates into clear partner-facing messaging.
Process Improvement & Scalability
Standardize workflows across regions to improve partner experience.
Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting to increase visibility for both internal teams and partners.
Continuously improve how SprintRay supports and scales global partnerships.
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in account management, partnership management, or operations in a global environment.
Experience in externally-facing roles managing key accounts or strategic partners.
Strong operational background (program management, supply chain, or cross-functional execution).
Proven ability to translate complex internal processes into clear external communication.
Experience working across regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
Background in regulated industries (medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or tech preferred).
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
