Brand & Events Intern
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $18-$22/hr
Duration: 3 months
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Brand & Events Intern to support our marketing team with event execution, brand coordination, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, learning how events and brand programs come together, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll support everything from event logistics and data management to brand materials and reporting, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Event Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support for event planning and execution, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing project timelines
Assist with event logistics such as venue research, registration tracking, vendor coordination, and shipping of materials
Prepare and maintain event checklists, timelines, budgets, and internal documentation
Data & Asset Management
Track event-related information including attendee lists, invoices, contracts, and post-event follow-ups
Maintain organized digital folders for event assets, brand materials, and templates
Assist with data entry and cleanup in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and event platforms
Brand & Content Support
Support the creation and distribution of basic event-related materials, including emails, internal briefs, signage requests, and social media scheduling
Assist in proofreading and formatting presentations, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports
Cross-Functional Coordination
Help coordinate communication between marketing, sales, and customer success teams related to upcoming events
Support internal alignment by documenting action items, notes, and deadlines from meetings
Research & Reporting
Conduct basic research on events, competitors, venues, and industry trends
Assist in compiling post-event reports and performance summaries using predefined KPIs
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and digital tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Interest in event marketing, brand marketing, or experiential marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or event platforms
Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, or administrative projects
