Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $115,000-$140,000
About the Role
SprintRay is transforming digital dentistry, and our growth demands a marketing engine that can scale with precision, speed, and rigor. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor and operational leader within our global marketing organization.
This role is designed for a builder, problem-solver, and go-getter with strong marketing and systems thinking—someone who can design scalable infrastructure, enforce execution excellence, and translate strategy into reliable, repeatable delivery.
You will operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics—creating the operational foundation that allows SprintRay’s campaigns to launch flawlessly, scale globally, and generate trusted data to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Program Operations
Manage the end-to-end operational delivery of global, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, paid media, lifecycle, and account-based programs–from build through launch, optimization, and reporting–coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Translate campaign strategy into technical execution plans and timelines within the marketing content calendar
Serve as the operational owner accountable for campaign readiness, quality, execution, and on-time delivery
Marketing Technology & Systems Management
Manage campaign setup and execution within marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring accurate targeting, segmentation, personalization logic, and data integrity
Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and system best practices
Quality, Governance & Standards
Establish and enforce rigorous QA standards covering rendering, links, tracking parameters, attribution logic, and reporting accuracy
Design and document operational playbooks, SOPs, intake workflows, and governance models that support global consistency and speed
Create templates and standards that enable regional and functional teams to execute independently while maintaining centralized control
Process Design & Optimization
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds; design automation and system improvements that materially reduce execution risk and cycle time
Build repeatable, scalable processes that support growth without sacrificing quality
Continuously improve campaign operations based on performance data and operational KPIs
Data, Reporting & Insights
Own the foundations of campaign data integrity, including lead flow, attribution, and reporting accuracy
Partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable campaign performance insights and dashboards
Use data to identify systemic improvements to campaign effectiveness and operational health
Leadership Without Authority
Act as a trusted operational partner to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders
Influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct reporting lines
Model ownership, rigor, and high execution standards across the marketing organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience
7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Demand/Digital Operations within a B2B, SaaS, MedTech, or high-growth technology environment
Deep MarTech expertise with hands-on experience in leading marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Proven builder mentality with experience designing and scaling operational frameworks, processes, and governance models
Strong marketing acumen with the ability to connect execution to business outcomes
Exceptional attention to detail, operational rigor, and project management skills
Data fluency, including attribution models, campaign reporting, and performance analysis
Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while managing multiple high-impact initiatives
