Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (Depending on experience)
About the Role
SprintRay Inc. is a technology company that builds end-to-end 3D printing ecosystems for dental professionals. Within SprintRay, the FP&A dept supports the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives through reporting and analysis. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team that touches and interacts with all parts of the organization. This position will be responsible for supporting the Company’s Annual Plan, Periodic Forecasting, Long Term Projections, Analyzing and presenting financial and operational performance metrics supporting the delivery of key initiatives and communicating monthly business results vs agreed performance targets to the Executive Team. As the Company continues to expand into new markets and launch new product offerings, this position will also be tasked to apply and adapt their understanding and skills when required.
Key Responsibilities
Drives the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes, including variance analysis and trend identification.
Preparing Financial Reporting & Analysis for Leadership and Investor Presentations.
Analyze Financials to generate Insights on Drivers of Margins, Opex and Profitability.
Support Monthly/Quarterly and Long-Range Forecasting by building detailed Financial Models.
Work cross-functionally with key partners to build and manage Opex Budgets, P&L forecasting, headcount management and ad hoc analysis.
Identify areas of improvement within Financial & Accounting operations and work with departments to implement improved processes.
Create impactful and compelling presentations that effectively convey financial projections, key drivers, business performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by the Executive team and/or VP of Finance.
Support month-end close activities in collaboration with the accounting team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years related experience in a FP&A/Finance/Accounting role.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statements, key financial ratios, valuation models (DCF) and techniques.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience involving extensive work with complex spreadsheets.
Ability to work in a high-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work both independently and within a team.
Power BI, Odoo/ Other ERP platforms or SQL experience a plus.
