Product Manager – Embedded Software & IoT

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 annually (Dependent on experience)

About the Role

SprintRay is building the next generation of connected dental hardware. We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about embedded software, IoT, and using data to shape smarter, more reliable devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for embedded software across our hardware ecosystem (printers, cure units, wash systems).

  • Work with firmware, hardware, software, design, QA and manufacturing teams to ship reliable, high impact features and products.

  • Use telemetry and device data to drive decisions, identify failures, and improve uptime.

  • Bring fresh ideas that challenge legacy thinking and push us toward a modern IoT standard.

  • Translate customer issues and field data into clear, actionable requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of product experience in embedded software, IoT, robotics, drones, smart home devices or any connected electromechanical system.

  • Comfortable working at the intersection of firmware, hardware, cloud, and mobile.

  • Strong intuition for telemetry, diagnostics, and how connected devices fail in the real world.

  • A passion for solving complex technical problems and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.

  • You move fast, stay curious, and bring energy to cross-functional teams.
