About the Role
The Clinical & Training Success Specialist (LATAM) is a key member of SprintRay’s regional team, responsible for empowering dental professionals and partners across Latin America to achieve clinical excellence through 3D printing and digital dentistry. This hybrid role combines customer success, clinical education, and training leadership to enhance customer onboarding, product integration, and long-term engagement. The position requires both remote collaboration and on-site engagement throughout the Brazil region to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Clinical Integration
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring successful installation, setup, and initial workflow implementation across clinics and dental labs.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual onboarding sessions tailored to clinic and lab needs.
- Guide practitioners in integrating SprintRay’s digital workflows—from design to printing, post-processing, and clinical applications—into daily practice
- Clinical Education & Training Leadership
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive education programs for dental professionals, focusing on digital dentistry, 3D printing workflows, and materials science.
- Partner with KOLs, universities, and academic institutions to create impactful curricula and continuing education content aligned with local regulatory and clinical standards.
- Conduct dynamic workshops, seminars, and webinars that drive skill enhancement and confidence in digital workflows.
- Proactively assess training needs through customer feedback, usage analytics, and clinical performance data identifying opportunities for technical growth and workflow optimization.
- Ensure all training programs reflect SprintRay’s commitment to scientific credibility, quality, and innovation.
- Serve as the main clinical liaison for assigned territories, offering proactive support and guidance to dental teams and partners.
- Encourage advanced usage of SprintRay’s ecosystem and promote clinical success stories through regional channels.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to strengthen partner capability and ensure consistent service standards.
- Support KOL engagement initiatives, including case study development, clinical documentation, and speaker training.
- Community Development & Regional Collaboration
- Organize and facilitate study clubs, peer-to-peer events, and university partnerships that foster a strong educational community.
- Act as a cultural bridge between SprintRay and LATAM clinicians, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and shared learning.
- Support key trade shows, symposiums, and educational roadshows across the region to reinforce SprintRay’s presence and reputation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, training outcomes, and clinical feedback.
- Provide structured reports highlighting training impact, adoption rates, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Document and escalate technical or clinical issues with clarity and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of professional experience in clinical education, customer success, or technical training within dental or medical technology.
- Strong understanding of digital workflows, 3D printing, and restorative/surgical dental applications.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (Mexico) Portuguese and English (Brazil).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with universities, KOLs, and academic institutions preferred.
- Skilled in CRM platforms, digital communication tools, and virtual learning technologies.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 40–50%) to conduct trainings, attend events, and support partners in key markets.
