About the Role
SprintRay's Digital Sales Specialists- Mexico, plays a pivotal, customer-facing role in expanding SprintRay’s presence and driving adoption of digital dentistry solutions across the region.
Focused on user acquisition, partner enablement, and revenue growth, this role manages the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and presentations to closing and post-sale follow-up—while working in close alignment with the Clinical & Training Success Specialist to ensure that every new customer achieves long-term success and proficiency in SprintRay workflows.
This position demands a dynamic communicator with strong business acumen and technical confidence, capable of collaborating effectively with channel distributors, KOLs, universities, and internal teams to accelerate market penetration in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & User Acquisition
- Drive user growth through end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, qualification, presentations, and closing.
- Partner with existing channel distributors to increase unit sales and expand adoption among clinics and laboratories.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with SprintRay’s quarterly and annual LATAM objectives.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations (virtual and in-person) tailored to customer needs.
- Manage leads and pipeline performance using Salesforce CRM and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors and reseller networks, ensuring alignment in sales strategy, pricing, and execution.
- Provide sales coaching and commercial support to partner sales teams—focusing on prospecting, negotiation, and customer conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that post-sale onboarding is effectively handed over to the Clinical & Training Success Specialist, maintaining customer continuity.
- Support channel marketing initiatives, local events, and promotional campaigns to boost visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical & Training Success Specialist to coordinate field activities:
- The Digital Sales Specialist focuses on commercial acquisition and relationship expansion.
- The Clinical & Training Success Specialist focuses on training, education, and workflow adoption.
- Co-develop account activation plans: Digital Sales drives the deal to closure; Clinical Specialist ensures clinical implementation and post-sale satisfaction.
- Work together to identify new KOLs, universities, and clinical partners, with the Sales Specialist leading the commercial relationship and the Clinical Specialist managing the educational engagement.
- Attend and support trade shows, study clubs, and customer meetings, ensuring consistent alignment between sales objectives and clinical messaging.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior, providing insights to the LATAM Sales Leadership.
- Report key wins, pipeline updates, and partner performance metrics.
- Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and manage administrative tasks such as expense tracking and meeting notes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of successful dental sales experience, ideally in CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, or medical devices.
- Strong relationships with dental distributors and clinical networks in Mexico.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to build trust with clinicians and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Understanding of digital workflows and 3D printing technologies (preferred).
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and data-driven sales tools.
- Availability to travel 25–40% nationally and regionally.
