Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually + annual bonus
About the Role
About the Role
The SprintRay University Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of all customer training and educational programs across the Americas. This role oversees live and virtual training, curriculum development, trainer management, and operational logistics to ensure high-quality onboarding and customer proficiency. The Manager drives key customer success KPIs—including activation, training satisfaction, and NPS—by delivering consistent, scalable, and impactful training experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Training Program Leadership
- Lead all SprintRay University training programs, including HQ live training, regional events, and virtual learning.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all training formats.
- Manage and develop internal trainers, coordinators, and a network of 1099 training specialists.
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Educators, and subject matter experts.
- Oversee curriculum design, updates, and alignment with new product launches and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Sales to ensure training reflects current best practices.
- Improve onboarding KPIs, including Training NPS and activation metrics (e.g., first 10 prints in 30 days).
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance training efficiency and customer success outcomes.
- Own logistics for all training events, including scheduling, budgets, materials, and resource planning.
- Manage departmental budget and ensure cost-effective program execution.
- Track and report training KPIs—attendance, satisfaction, NPS, activation rates, content completion, and performance trends.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in training, education, customer success, or program management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or external trainers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in curriculum development or training program operations.
- Demonstrated project and event management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dental, medical device, or health-tech industry experience.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with 3D printing workflows.
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders or educational partners.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
