Social Media Manager / Brand Storyist
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – onsite collaboration required 3 days/week)
Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager (Brand Storyist) to own and elevate SprintRay’s digital voice across the world. This role is both creative and analytical — part storyteller, part strategist, and part cultural translator. You’ll be the architect of how SprintRay shows up online: shaping our tone, building our community, and driving engagement that connects our innovation to the people who use it every day.
This isn’t a “post and go” role. It’s about building a movement around digital dentistry that’s bold, educational, and inspiring. You’ll craft narratives that position SprintRay as the category leader in 3D dental technology and make complex innovation feel human and exciting.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Strategist & Trend Whisperer
- Build, manage, and continuously evolve SprintRay’s social media strategy across Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Spot and remix trends to make 3D printing in dentistry culturally relevant.
- Partner closely with brand, product marketing, and creative teams to craft platform-native campaigns.
Create & Elevate Content
- Develop short-form video, Reels, and lo-fi social assets that feel authentic, not corporate.
- Collaborate with dentists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and influencers to co-create educational and entertaining content.
- Lead in testing new content formats that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Community & Engagement
- Build and manage an active online community — keeping conversations alive in comments, DMs, and across channels.
- Surface user-generated content (UGC) and success stories from our customers.
- Manage community engagement tools and ensure a consistent tone of voice.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with PR, product marketing, events, and paid media teams to ensure social media is the spark behind integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional marketing leads to adapt strategy for local markets.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors as needed.
Measure, Report, and Optimize
- Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions) across multiple channels.
- Use insights to refine strategy and inform creative decisions.
- Present regular reports and recommendations to marketing leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience in social media management for high-growth brands (tech, medtech, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong creative storytelling skills with a portfolio of social-first campaigns.
- Experience managing or collaborating with influencer programs.
- Skilled in social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch, Later, etc.).
- Proficiency in video/photo editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A pulse on internet culture, platform trends, and community-driven growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B2C or healthcare innovation industries.
- Comfortable on-camera and/or producing thought-leadership content.
- Campaign management experience across multiple regions.
