Recruiter, Onboarding & Engagement

About the Role
The People & Culture Specialist is a key member of SprintRay’s People Services team, driving recruitment excellence, onboarding experiences, and employee engagement. This role combines talent acquisition expertise with culture-building responsibilities, ensuring SprintRay attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent while fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment. Acting as both a recruiter and a culture ambassador, the Specialist will design and execute programs that strengthen employee connection, recognition, and belonging.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and new hire integration.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria aligned to business needs.
- Manage ATS workflows and ensure candidate pipelines are updated, compliant, and data-driven.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that set employees up for success—including orientation sessions, culture training, and integration plans.
Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding
- Own employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness campaigns, and company-wide cultural events.
- Plan and execute social and team-building events, both in-person and virtual, to strengthen community across distributed teams.
- Partner with Marketing/Comms to enhance SprintRay’s employer brand presence on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Support annual employee engagement surveys and action planning in partnership with the HR team.
Partnership & HR Support
- Work closely with the HR Generalist to ensure a seamless employee experience across benefits, compliance, and policies.
- Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees on recruiting, onboarding, and engagement questions.
- Track metrics related to hiring, turnover, and employee engagement; provide insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once across technical and non-technical functions.
- Strong track record of planning and executing culture/engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (ADP, Greenhouse, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a global, fast-growing, or tech-driven company.
- Event planning or internal communications experience.
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
